This Terms and Conditions of Use shall constitute an agreement, the terms and performance of which shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of law. You agree that any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or items or services you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Pennsylvania. Arbitration under Terms and Conditions of Use shall be conducted according to the then prevailing rules of the American Arbitration Association before a panel of three arbitrators.
